Every bag is checked before it leaves the unit. That commitment applies to the bags produced through our own unit and our dedicated independent units. It is an important part of how HANDCRAFT approaches bulk supply.
Quality also starts with agreement. A bag can only be assessed meaningfully when its intended construction, appearance and use are understood. Your order specification provides that starting point.
Put the important details in writing
Confirm the fabric, finished dimensions, handle, closure, lining or lamination, and the artwork to be used. If a feature is essential to your application, identify it explicitly. A photograph alone may not reveal whether a bag has an internal pocket, a supporting base or a particular lining.
For a gifting project, check that the proposed dimensions suit the actual contents. For a bag intended to carry weight, tell us the contents and intended load so suitability can be discussed. There is no single load figure that applies to every bag style.
Review the visible result carefully
When reviewing a sample or approval photograph, look at the bag as a whole and at the details that matter to you. Consider the dimensions, handle arrangement, seams, closure, print position and legibility. This is a buyer review guide; the exact inspection requirements for a special project should be discussed before the order is confirmed.
A sample photograph can explain appearance, but it cannot fully communicate touch, stiffness or how the bag behaves when filled. Tell us if physical assessment is important for your decision. Sample availability, charges and freight are confirmed individually.
Understand the material and the print
Natural fabrics and manual work can produce differences in texture or shade. A screen image also represents colour differently from printed fabric. Discuss critical colour expectations and any approval reference before production begins.
These characteristics should be understood in context. They do not remove the need to meet the agreed order specification. If your project requires a particular test, certificate or numerical acceptance criterion, raise it at enquiry stage so its availability and scope can be confirmed.
Check the delivery against your order
On receipt, check the shipment against the order and accompanying documents. Keep the relevant carton and product information if something needs attention, and contact us promptly with photographs and your order reference. The applicable reporting and resolution terms are those agreed for your order.
If you have a critical requirement, tell us before quotation. It is easier to plan for it at the beginning than to discover that two people understood the same description differently.
