Minimum order starts at 1,000 pieces; some patterns and styles require higher quantities. We do not accept orders below 1,000 pieces. Send the style and quantity you need so we can confirm the applicable minimum.

Yes. Our usual enquiries include 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000 pieces, along with 20-foot and 40-foot container requirements. Container capacity depends on bag size, construction and packing, so it is worked out for the selected product.

Every order is customised. Fabric, dimensions, handles, closures, printing, quantity and packing can all affect the price. We calculate a quotation from your specification rather than treating every bag as the same product.

Send the intended use, bag type, dimensions with units, required quantity, printing details and delivery location. Include a reference image or product link and your required arrival date. If a specification is undecided, explain what the bag must do.

Customisation is central to our work. Share the size, construction and branding you want. We assess the requirement against the material, pattern, quantity and production method before quoting.

Yes, this can be assessed and quoted. Tell us whether printing is on one or both sides and whether the artwork differs. Do not assume a quotation for one layout includes a different design on the reverse.

A vector PDF or an editable source file such as CDR is a useful starting point. Share the final wording, logo and colour references. We will confirm any additional artwork requirements for the selected print method and bag.

Sample arrangements depend on the enquiry and the type of sample. A complimentary sample may be offered at our discretion; other samples may be chargeable. Freight can be payable separately, including where the sample itself is complimentary. We confirm the arrangement before proceeding.

A mock-up shows the proposed layout and general appearance. It cannot reproduce the fabric texture or printed colour exactly. Physical sampling or another approval method can be discussed where needed, with the relevant reference agreed before production.

Indicative timing is two to six weeks, depending on quantity and complexity. Your quotation or order confirms the schedule and the approvals or other requirements that must be completed before work proceeds. Ask separately about dispatch and arrival timing.

Rush orders are welcome for assessment. Feasibility depends on the specification, current production commitments and festival periods. Share the actual required arrival date before placing the order.

Production uses our own unit and dedicated independent units. Every bag is checked before leaving the unit. Any project-specific inspection, test or documentation requirement should be discussed before quotation.

The quotation identifies the agreed inclusions and exclusions. Delivery arrangements depend on the destination and shipment. Domestic and export transactions can have different commercial terms; check the written quotation for your order.

Payment stages and timing are confirmed in your quotation or sales order. Refer to that document before making payment rather than assuming the terms of another buyer’s order will apply.

Tell us immediately about a proposed change. Artwork, size, construction or quantity changes can affect cost and timing, and feasibility depends on the stage of production. Obtain written agreement before treating a change as accepted.
