Tell us when the bags must reach you, not just when you hope production will finish. A conference opening, campaign launch or overseas shipment needs a plan that includes approval, production, packing and transport.

- Agree details
- Complete approvals
- Produce
- Check and dispatch
- Transit and arrival
Indicative timing is two to six weeks, depending on quantity and complexity. The schedule for your order is confirmed against its specification and the production commitments at that time. Dispatch and arrival are separate milestones.
Agree the starting point
Production planning depends on a clear specification, usable artwork and the agreed approvals and payment requirements. Confirm what must be completed before the stated production period begins. If an approval is delayed or the design changes, the schedule may need to be reviewed.
Sample arrangements vary by enquiry. In some cases an approval photograph is appropriate; in others a physical sample may be discussed. Allow for preparation and sample transit where relevant, and confirm any sample or freight charges separately.
Consider the work involved
A straightforward repeat requirement and a new design with special construction do not necessarily need the same time. Quantity, fabric, printing, pockets, closures, labels and packing can all affect production planning.
We welcome rush orders for assessment. Share the actual required arrival date, quantity and complete artwork as early as possible. Feasibility depends on the specification, other orders and festival periods. A rush request becomes a commitment only when the schedule is agreed for the order.
Plan domestic and overseas delivery
Give the full delivery location and any receiving restrictions. Freight inclusions, the transport arrangement and relevant commercial responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation or order. If transport is quoted to one address, do not assume a different destination is covered on the same terms.
For an overseas shipment, raise special packing, palletisation, labelling or documentation requirements early. Their availability, cost and effect on timing must be agreed for the order. Container quantities are planned from actual packing dimensions rather than a fixed bag count.
Check before dispatch and on receipt
Every bag is checked before leaving the unit. The packing arrangement is agreed around the product and shipment. Ask any questions about carton identification or receiving requirements before dispatch is organised.
When goods arrive, check them against the order and shipment details. If something needs attention, contact us promptly with the order reference and relevant photographs, following the reporting terms agreed for your order.
For a date-sensitive project, send your requirement now with the words “required arrival date” beside the date. That small distinction helps us assess the full journey rather than production time alone.
