Planning Jute Gift Bags for Large Corporate Gift Programmes
Choosing the right gift bag is half the work. Delivering hundreds or thousands of gifts on time, in the right bags, at the right locations is the other half. This guide covers the planning for multi-recipient corporate gift programmes, such as festive client gifting, employee milestones and conference gifts, after the bag style has been chosen. For choosing the style itself, see Choosing Jute Bags for Client and Employee Gifting.
1. Group recipients and gifts
Large programmes rarely give one gift to everyone. Group recipients by tier or occasion, for example senior clients, wider client base and employees, and list the packaged gift for each group. Each group may need a different bag size or design.

2. Fix sizes from the packed gifts
Measure the gifts as packaged. Add a small allowance for tissue or inserts if you plan to use them. Ask for bag dimensions that suit, and consider a packed sample for each size before committing to a large run. Sampling is decided case by case.

3. Decide design variants
More designs mean more set-ups and more coordination. A common approach is one bag style with a single permanent brand mark, with variation carried by the gift or a card. If tiers need distinct bags, keep the number of variants deliberate. Useful ranges include Jute Gift Bags, Gift Bags With Window and Jute Bags for Bottles.

4. Work out quantities per variant
Use confirmed recipient lists plus a reasoned spare allowance for late additions and handling damage. Record quantity by size and design so the quotation and production match your distribution list.
5. Plan where bags go and who packs
State delivery destinations and dates. HANDCRAFT supplies the bags; packing gifts into bags, hamper assembly and delivery to individual recipients are separate unless specifically agreed. Decide internally, or with your gifting agency, who packs and from where.

6. Build the timeline backwards
Start from the date gifts must reach recipients. Work back through internal packing time, delivery of bags to the packing point, production and approvals. Usual delivery guidance is 2–4 weeks, depending on quantity and printing. Dyeing adds two weeks and extra charges. Handmade bag categories need longer, agreed schedules.

Approvals with several stakeholders
Gift programmes often involve HR, leadership, brand and regional teams. Agree who approves the artwork and who approves quantities, and set a single deadline for both. Late changes to artwork or quantity can move the production slot, so collect regional numbers before you confirm.
Questions buyers ask
Who packs the gifts into the bags?
Your team or gifting vendor. HANDCRAFT supplies the bags only, so schedule packing time before dispatch to recipients.
How many design variants are sensible?
As few as the recipient groups need. Each variant adds artwork approval and quantity planning. For format choice, see 8 checks for choosing jute gift bags.
